A life-changing & Soulful Journey
After having my fourth child, I faced severe joint and muscle pain. At 27, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, which felt like a lifelong sentence. I depended on medication, but its side effects were a challenge, and I leaned heavily on my husband for help.
My husband, Romez, encouraged a plant-based diet, something new to me. Though skeptical, I tried it, and it transformed my health. Food became my healing agent, letting me stop medication and even see less of my Rheumatologist.
I fell in love with nutrition, adopting a plant-based lifestyle and learning about food labels and ingredients.

Motivated to create healthy treats for my kids, I spent two years perfecting a recipe and developed "bliss balls." Made from raw, premium, plant-based ingredients, they are rich in nutrients and have anti-inflammatory benefits.
Simultaneously, I embarked on a journey of growth and education. My own health struggles ignited a profound passion for wellness and fitness. I decided to study and become a personal trainer, eager to share my knowledge and experiences with others who were seeking a path to wellness.
As I continued to share my bliss balls with friends, family and clients, their popularity grew. What started as a humble, desperate endeavour to health, eventually blossomed into a small business known as Bliss By Romez and Tridz. I pour my heart and gratitude into every batch ensuring that every bliss ball was a testament to the life changing power of wholesome ingredients.

Throughout this remarkable journey, I owe endless thanks to my wonderful husband, Romez & my kid's. Their constant support, love, and motivation have been key to my success. Without them, striving for better health would have been impossible. My story is one of bouncing back, motivating others to make health a priority. Through my small business, I keep spreading happiness and health, showing that with effort and some joy, anything can be achieved.
